34 sites are lake-view and have a 18x60 concrete pad.
All the others have a 12x16 concrete patio for your table and chairs ect.
BOAT PARKING: Each site has boat parking. If lake view sites do not have enough space for boat parking we have additional boat parking areas.
BATH/SHOWER/LAUNDRY: We will have 2 separate shower/bath houses with laundry in each that we plan to be ready in April. Re-hydro seeding will be early April. All BLACKTOPPED roads. TREES will be planted this spring! Huge PLAYGROUND just installed. We have a DECK/SHELTER over looking the lake for everyone in the campground to enjoy.
All sites include water, septic, trash and cable and access to amenities. Internet is available through CTS and is wired to each box. Each site has 50/30/20 amp service. Each site has a cute light pole as well. Electric is metered.
All lake-view sites are annual only and are $4800 per year. This is for April 1st to March 31st. Can be monthly payment. Sites R1-R18 and L1-L16 (PINK)
Other Annual sites are $3600 per year for April 1st to March 31st. Can be monthly payment. Sites R19-R30 and L17- L19 (ORANGE)
We will have Seasonal sites for the 2023 season.
April 1st through November 1st for $3000 (these can be extended). Can be monthly payment. Sites R31- R60 and L20-L43 (YELLOW)
